Guidelines for Participants

The following are some guidelines to participate as well as for the presentation of your papers:

  • The conference will be using ZOOM as a virtual platform. You may refer to the ZOOM registration guidelines as attached here, for Zoom Event Registration process.
  • To access the conference virtual venue, please click the following link, during the event days:
  • The program book can be downloaded from here. The guidelines to sign in and access the ZOOM as the virtual venue is also given in the program book.
  • The Program and Presentation Schedules are available in this website. Kindly check your presentation slot. All participants have 15 minutes to present their papers and another 5 minutes for Questions and Answers.
  • There is no template for preparing your presentation. Please be informed that there will be Best Presentation Awards given at the end of the conference evaluated based on your presentation.

  • The virtual background to be used in the ZOOM event platform during the conference can be downloaded from the following links. You can choose either one of the backgrounds.

  • There will be a rehearsal for participants where all participants need to attend the virtual venue to test the slide presentation on 28th March 2022 at 2.30 pm (Malaysia Time). Please join your parallel session based on the Technical Session provided in the website.
  • Non-presenting participants are welcome to participate as attendees in this conference. Certificate of attendance will be given to attendees who registered through a registration link that will be given throughout the Keynote and Invited Speaker session.
